Resident Evil 5 Demo Download

I wanted to add that I believe you can use a cdr although I haven't. Since I got the update from Xbox with the new avatar, my Xbox plays Avi files on cdr and ipod movie files from cdr so I can't see why the demos wouldn't work . Peace.
 
just registered to say thanks works well, like most people i could not get this working on cdr, so i used dvd using nero 8 burning rom simply drag the contents folder to the nero burn page click burn make sure you set it to a slow burn i find with xbox stuff if you burn too fast sometimes it does not copy right. hope this will help someone
 
I have made 3 disc but still no luck, it says mixed media but when i look in my demo's nothing there? i did everthing from all the posts? PLEASE HELP!
 
Alright i need a little help

but first wanted to say hi everyone =D

well anyways I downloaded alcohol 120 and i dont know what to do next I have no clue but i just wanted to give some background first

I'm using dile up so things take long time to do anything so I cant go downloading nero cause its way to big of a file to use so I went with trial version of alcohol 120 i also downloaded the torrent and this WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files but have no clue what to do with all of it? i know I'm messing up somewhere but not sure what to do

how do i use the torrent? and what is the winrar for?

help is really needed

but besides that i have the cd-r disk i need and my own burner but i just wanted to make sure what to do next.
 
Got it to work first try.

When you Download the torrent, go into the first folder and MOVE the folder called content to your desktop.
Use Nero to burn this folder called CONTENT and your set to go.

Torrent is a small file (around few kilobytes) with the suffix .torrent, which contains all the information needed to download a file the torrent was made for. That means it contains file names, their sizes, where to download from and so on. You can get torrents for almost anything on lots of web sites and torrent search engines.
Torrent is the most popular way of downloading large files, including movies and games

and winrar is for extracting the file
use the winrar to extrac the file

hi all. i have a question with the demo. where is the demo on the xbox 360.Because i have the NXE and i cant find it.I burnt it to a dvd, i put it into the x360,it says mixed media disc and i cant find it.pls help
 
I’ve always done a no multisession DVD myself then finalized the DVD.

Also check you go the folder structure right, some people have created it themselves then put the .rar file inside all the folders which is wrong.

Well, first of all the RE5 demo is not a virus...I can assure you that. Could you be more detailed with what happened to your 360?

No this isn't a virus. You must of done something wrong or your xbox was messed up before trying this. This has been successfully tested, does work and virus free. If you can explain more on what went wrong and how. We may be able to help you.
