Go to the uTorrent website and download uTorrent: Download - Torrent - a (very) tiny BitTorrent client
Install uTorrent, then load it up.
Now click Options > Prefrences > Bandwith and select auto so you dont kill your connection by uploading too fast.
If you know your maximum upload speed set it to around 75% of your total, if not just set it to auto.
Now click Options > Prefrences > Connection
Enable the options below and hopefully uTorrent will be able to open the required ports in your routers firewall so you can connect to more peers and download quicker.
You only need to do the above once, now download a torrent for a demo pack, eg demo pack 1: https://digiex.net/xbox-360-content/2674-digiex-net-xbox-360-demo-pack-1-a.html and save it to your desktop
Load uTorrent then drag the torrent in to uTorrent and only select the demos you want:
In this example I wanted Batman and Bandhero
Press ok and only the demo
you selected will download.
Unrar and burn as usual.
