Yes, of course. I have created a brandnew US account and downloaded the content using the US account. After I have finished the downloads I signed out of the US account and signed in with my german account but the announcer is still in german.- dreckfresse

Thanks a lot for your post avidone ! I tried it using your instructions. I did it step by step but unfortunately it doesn't work. really don't know why :( I changed my settings from Germany to USA and english language too but I still have the german announcer.- dreckfresse

hey guys, I am from germany and our halo community is sad that we cannot change the announcer from german to english, like in Halo: Reach. so I have an idea. Yes, the DLC's show up. No problem. I also checked using HxD if it's really drm free (PIRS) and it's true. But I have absolutely no idea what's wrong there.
