Okay, just to be absolutely 100% clear on this: Using this CD or DVD will not get your Xbox banned, correct? This would just be as legal as placing a free game or a Demo that is on the hard drive on a Memory Stick and taking it to someone else, right?
Also, isn't it possible to get banned by playing Yaris on an Xbox that is actually newer than the date that the game was delisted from the Game Marketplace? This could prove that the owner of the Xbox can never have downloaded it in the time slot that the game was available in the first place...
Finally, using the DVD, will you be able to play Aegis Wing on a European console? And you won't eventually get banned for playing it? I suppose it all depends on the possibility to mail your American buddy your Memory Unit, have him place the game on it, and then mail it back to Europe. If that is allowed as well, there is no way Microsoft can find out if the game wasn't obtained this way, and therefore using the DVD would not get you banned.
I'd like to play the free games that I missed out on, but not at the expense of getting myself banned in the process. Thanks for your time,
