1. Extract the zip and open the folder for your disc's Media ID.
2. Use a FATX tool such as Horizon or USB Xtaf to inject TU_10LC274_000000K000000.00000000000G5 into the Cache.
3. Use a FATX tool such as Horizon or USB Xtaf to inject the 415608E4 folder in it into Content\0000000000000000 (it holds 415608E4\000B0000).
4. Start the game and the update loads with it. It only works with the version of the game whose Media ID is listed above.
