Information:
This demo doesn't require a modified console and isn't console locked. If you need more help then whats included in the instructions, perhaps try this guide if burning multiple demos or this one if burning only a single demo.

Gamers will move in the shadows, instigate fear amongst their enemies and confront The Joker and Gotham City’s most notorious villains who have taken over the asylum. Instructions:
Extract the batmanaa1.rar (You'll need WinRAR to do that)
Use a burning program to burn the content folder to CD or DVD. (In some cases DVD will work better. Imgburn seems to be the best program for burning!)
Insert CD/DVD, go to your video library on your Xbox 360 dashboard, select the game.
Enjoy!

it didn't work for me. when i extracted it, it said that there is a mistake in authentification information but it although extracted it. i burned it correctly but it doesn't appear in the games lab. Does anyone have this problem too?? Is The Download alright??? ...I wasted half of a dvd 8( ....

I extracted it just fine. perhaps try hitting repair on winrar, that might help. Although according to the servers the file was uploaded fully. So please check to make sure you have it downloaded fully. Then make sure you burned it correctly. (1,664,547,067 bytes)

What could I do if it hasnt the right size?? The rar.archive is 1,54gb big and the content folder is 1.659.468kb( 1.699.295.232 bytes) big. I've downloaded it twice and it's always the same. I hope that there is a solution, because everyone tells me how great this game is. I already wasted a dvd, so I hope you 'll find a solution for me. I already searched in google, but couldn't find anything. thx for your help
BTW: you wrote in the instructions that you have to go to the video library to select the demo, but i'm pretty sure you mean the game library

I have the same problem too. When I extracted the file. It only came up as 1.58GB

I'm having the same problems as well, tried to repair it with winrar as well. I'm sure all will get resolved eventually.

It sounds like the game may be region locked. If that is the case if someone can make me a account where PAL is used I should be able to upload it and it work on Pal consoles. Though I don't know if you need to have gold to download the demo. If not, if someone makes me a silver account and gives me the account info I'll start to download it.

It sounds like the game may be region locked. If that is the case if someone can make me a account where PAL is used I should be able to upload it and it work on Pal consoles. Though I don't know if you need to have gold to download the demo. If not, if someone makes me a silver account and gives me the account info I'll start to download it.

Yes, you need Gold to get it. King states it's not region-locked, but if it was and seeing that he's from KY it would be NSTC, the demo should have worked for me.

Oh yeah, thats true. Hmm, maybe its gamertag locked? I'll be able to find out in a few.

Sorry guys, today has been a very busy day for me. Though I do have a life but I'll start looking into the problem.

Also I stated it wasn't console locked. which means it wasn't locked to my console or profile. Meaning in less its messed up some where's or its region locked, it should work. Though don't worry, I'll get it resolved soon.

Yep, that has to be the problem. It has 15 0's instead of 16 0's. So as a quick fix for the people that want to play it now. Just add 1 extra 0 to the folder with 15 0's.

Works for me!! You need to add another zero in the folder name... The same solution works for Test Drive:unlimited and Watchmen... demo.

The adding of another zero to the all zero folder does fixes the problem for me as well. Thanks dark scyth for the fix. Also thanks to King for the upload.
