Oh, I noticed the videos pack uploaded here is missing the videos of the expansion pack. It's only about 6 action sequences (an additional 14mb), but still, kinda silly not to have them.

By the way, goonsquad4365: all of that information is in the patch manual, and most of it is even in the FAQ section. Quick overview:

• the "screen split" you mention is a very minor graphical bug that is immediately gone when you simply open the game's main menu. What happens is simply that the play field is moved to the upper left corner when you try to scroll, but a "ghost image" of the way it looked at the moment that happened remains in the original location.
• You can't scroll around the map because the map is smaller than your screen resolution. You already see the whole map.
• C&C's AI can't build bases. It's that simple. It's nothing that can be "fixed", since there's simply no programming in the game to make it build bases. All it can do is rebuild its structures, and even that requires specific mission scripting, and doesn't work for more than one AI player on a map.

Selecting Group Soldiers

Can anyone elaborate more on how to select multiple soldiers to create a large group of attack teams?

I noticed someone offering to use Ctrl+[number] then Shift+[number] but it doesn't work for me.

Maybe i'm not doing right.

Dragging to select is not working while using the most updated version up there.

What can I do select large group of soldiers?

Ehh, dragging to select should work fine. It just doesn't work for adding ADDITIONAL units to a group. Though you can kinda get around that by naming large attack forces with [ctrl]+[number], and then just selecting the additional units and using [shift]+[number] to add that group's unit to the currently selected ones.

I recent just beat red alert 1. It's awesome that you made the original CnC playable. Ican't even remember the first mission, and I'm dying to play this game again. I was 10when I first saw this game on n64.

I just have one problem:

when i click on CnC 95 edition, nothing happens, and I'm confused.

I can confirm this has stood the test of time and works on Windows 10 if you just enable compatibility mode for Windows 7 (If you don't, you'll get an OS-crashing error).

There was an issue with the game running too fast on my modern processor - I used the excellent cpukiller3 to slow it down to near-original speed.
