Copy DLC From PC To Xbox HDD

Currently I'm downloading some delisted arcade/trial games for my 360, However I am downloading the data folders on my laptop intending to copy them to my 360 hard drive but I am completely unfamiliar with how to move them to the 360 hard drive, Is there a specific program that can do it easily?
 
Are you using an external USB hard drive? I think if you configure a USB hard drive drive on the Xbox 360 these days I'm pretty sure it's just FAT32 formatted, so Windows will just read / write to it

If not FATXplorer is probably the most modern option that is still updated.
