Error updating 17559 firmware update through an USB

¡Hi there! 'm trying to update my old Xbox 360 Slim to 17599, I'm currently in 17511, however when I try to update it I get an error like the image attached. I think my DVD drive is flashed to play burned games because I can play them, can you please help me with this?

Is your 360 also Jtag or RGH hacked? (you can power on with the eject button and the 360 will boot in to Xell if so).

Hey thanks for replaying, my Xbox 360 is not chipped, it just has the DVD, do I need to install a modified firmware version?

That would be one reason the update failed, with a flashed DVD drive updates will fail if the console needs to reflash the DVD drive firmware for XGD3. However if you are already on 17511 that should already have been done and you should be on the LT3+ firmware.

So checking the Link you have provided y was able to see Call of Duty Games like Ghost and MW3 and I can play them as normally, they are not original, in addition I can't connect my Xbox 360 to internet, I get an error, this is why I'm trying to update it using a USB
