Fixed NXE Dashboard (RGH/JTAG)

Miss the NXE dashboard? Well, it's back!

It can go on Xbox Live!

Or Offline. And I fixed the settings so it don't crash!

And you don't need the convert text!

Proto.xex Needs to be in Plugin 2 In Dashlaunch. And dash.xex needs to be in Default.

I don't know if it works on jtag because I haven't got a jtag I got a rgh.

How did you get themes to work? I downloaded this but none of the themes or anything from the avatar update shows up. I can set them noirmally in the metro dash but not nxe.
