flash or no xbox360 ?

hi,i have modded xbox360 and im thinking to change my xbox360 cd-rom laser ,but i dont know do i need reflash again my cd rom after this,maybe somebody knows?

I don't think so as its the Firmware that you modified on the Disc drive. If you got a whole new disc drive then it would need to be flashed again but if it just the laser then I think not.

If you know what your DVD Key is you could also pick up a cheap BenQ drive from eBay and spoof it so the 360 thinks its your original DVD drive, the Jungle Flasher manual should explain how to do that. Just suggesting as your 360 is already modded, might be easier than changing a laser in the DVD drive.
