How Can I Put Homebrew Channel in an SD Card?

I have Wii. I was trying to figure out a way to put Homebrew Channel in an SD card. How can I use Homebrew Channel in an SD card? How can I even use Homebrew Channel in an SD card without modding Wii?

The homebrew channel is designed to be installed, theirs no real reason not to install it these days.

I know that soft-modding Wii is fine with me. But, is there a way to have Homebrew Channel installed in an SD card, not having Homebrew Channel installed in Wii?

Not that i know of, it might well be possible to launch the Homebrew Channel via one of the exploits used to launch the HackMii installer, however if that is possible its not something I know anything about.
