Is dash 2.0.17150.0 JTAG-able ?

Hello i have a old phat 360 with falcon motherboard and dashboard: 2.0.17150.0
 
You can Jtag the console but yuo should be able to RGH hack it with the Xecuter CR4 XL, which gives you the same end result as doing the Jtag hack.
