Can someone help me i keep getting spammed by serveremale@hotmail.com everytime i sign in iv tryed blocking him and it wont let me any way to stop the spams.

Add him to your friends list, then block and delete him. You shouldn't get bothered again after that.
If you just click cancel it will ask you again the next time you sign in.

It wont let me block him iv tryed adding him and theres no block option. Its probley cos im using shitty vista.

What version of MSN do you have? you just right click on the contact in your list and you can block and delete from there.

Iv just been told you can no longer block people with the latest msn.

Its called appear offline in the newest version, its the same thing as blocking them.
I forgot they had renamed it, i still use the older version of MSN.
