newbe needs help pls

I have a xbox 360. I want to learn how to down load the games here and be able to play them on my 360. I have looked at the guides but am lost. I am ok on PC's. Have made .ISO's boot disks etc...
What I need is a very general (for dummies) walkthru to learn this. Can someone show me where to start?
Do I have to use torrents?
Can I burn a disk to do this? I use Roxio 2012 and am happy with it.

Hey,

I presume by games you mean demos? if so we can help you with that, however we ca not help you burn ISO's of full games.

For demos you can inject them in to an Xbox 360 formatted usb drive or burn them on to a DVD.
