This is a pirs signed premium theme unlocked by playing the game

Folder Id's are correct

Copy Rights = Yes
Move Rights = Yes

The only problem is that theme will only be able to be used on a J-Tagged console since a code was used to download it.

I have seen a few posts that its not console locked
i managed to also find someone who has it and has given it to friends via mu

but he didnt have a cable to send me it
 
Then get him to extract the file and upload it to a file sharing site. It shouldn't be too difficult for him.
