Please vote: Tekkit (Technic pack multiplayer)

As our server has been quite quiet for some time now and I've been experimenting with Tekkit (which seems to run pretty well) I'd like to ask our players, what they think if we switched to Tekkit. You will need to use the technic launcher and there will be more crashes and random bugs. Also most likely worlds may not be long lasting and getting a tekkit release after a minecraft release can take some time. But Tekkit will and bunch of new features to Minecraft. For builders there are tons of new blocks and decorations and for redstone fans there are new integrated circuits, electricity systems and much more.

Please vote on the poll above, should we keep using Bukkit (that can be played with any minecraft client) or should we switch to Tekkit (that needs a custom launcher)

As many players requested Tekkit, I put Tekkit on the server. Please note that the server is now in testing phase, so if something fails we will revert to a backup taken before installing Tekkit.

To join the server download Technic Launcher | Technic Pack and run it. Select Tekkit from the dropdown box on the left, then click Options and check Use development builds.

I think i would be more interested in that industrial mod tbh you know with that oil and automated miners things get sucked into chests when its mined etc etc. Or that airplane thing.

P.S.

Would be nice if you get new worlds for it as well tbh. To start over and not get those weird world bugs where maps get cut in half and start a new seed.

Tekkit has the industrial mod, so we have that. Also we have a new world called Tekkit.
