This is the Pokemon Summer 2012 Keldeo NDS Distribution Rom which will distribute the Summer 2012 Keldeo to Pokemon Black and White, not Black or White 2. However the Keldeo can be traded to Black or White 2. This is the US rom, however I can confirm it works fine with an EU English version of Pokemon Black and White.

How to use:

You will need one DS with a flashcard to distribute this event, simply set the date on the DS been used to distribute the event to the date mentioned above. You will then need another DS or 3DS playing the Pokemon game you wish to receive the event Pokemon on.

On the DS receiving the Pokemon you can receive the event by selecting Mystery Gift, then Receive Gift on the main menu.

Somebody should test receiving with the other languages of the game, because this distro contains the Wondercards for every language.
Header info also shows that the rom has no region (Y9JZ-???), much like the English versions of the Gen. V main games, of which the exact same rom was used for both the NA and the EU English releases.
It's safe to assume the exact same rom was also used to distribute Keldeo across Europe. With a slightly different cartridge (different sticker), but identical roms.
(On the other hand, the Meloetta distro I have also contains the Wondercards for every European language, but is specifically marked as Y9HE-USA which is interesting. But I guess that it being a year later they may have decided to do things differently for that one.)

I have this cart and a Japanese copy of Black and White I'll test this and just edit my post when I've got an answer.

So I can't edit my posts anymore apparently. So double posting it is. I just made a terrible video showing this as I tried it. It did not work with my Japanese game. It just kept searching for the event endlessly and never notified me of anything.

Do you not have the edit button at the bottom left of your post? As you have more than 30+ posts and +2 likes you should have unlimited time to edit posts.

We have just upgraded from vBulletin to XenForo, so small issues could be present, however i have created a test user in the group you are in and seem to be able to edit posts.

I guess I wasn't specific enough. I meant it contains the wondercards for every European languages (it wouldn't support the Japanese versions; none of the EU distros did afaik.)

Ahh, mine says Eng/Fre on the label but I don't have any European copies of the gen 5 games so I won't be able to test that for quite some time unfortunately.
