Problem with DLC's not working

I keep having problems with DLC not working for dome games. Like recently I got all the Dragon Age Origins stuff and after playing the game all the way through expecting the Awakening missions to start at the end nothing happened. I have had this issue with dozens of games. I have used XM360 to make sure everything is unlocked, but still nothing. I have any necessary updates too.

I can't see why it would do this. Please help! It's driving me crazy.

Do you have the latest title update for these games that matches the media id of the game you are running? if the media id of the title update does not match the media id of the game you have then it will not load the title update.

I used Aurora to get the updates mostly, unless for some reason they aren't available then I got straight to Unity. I have tried all relevant updates that match. I even tried 7 different ones for different media id's just in case. The updates don't have a picture next to them in storage which I found unusual.
