Shockwave Player was Adobe's plug-in for playing Shockwave content, the Director-based games and animations from the early web. Adobe discontinued it on 9 April 2019. This is the full (licensed) MSI installer for the final 12.3 release, the form used for installing it across several PCs.

The zip holds sw_lic_full_installer.msi, unchanged, from Adobe (the MSI's own author field says Adobe, Inc, saved on 15 March 2019). It carries a digital signature; VirusTotal reported no detections for it.
How to install / use:
Not included: Adobe no longer supports it and it is not safe on a PC that is online and browsing; use it on an old machine or a virtual machine for the Shockwave content you want to run.

How to install / use:
- Unzip the download and run the MSI, or install it silently with msiexec /i sw_lic_full_installer.msi /qn.
- Browser plug-ins no longer load in current browsers; Shockwave content is now usually run through the Shockwave standalone player or through preservation projects.
