A lot of browser games were built with the Unity engine, and the Unity Web Player is the plug-in that runs them. Version 5.3.8 comes with installers for both 32-bit and 64-bit browsers.
Download:
Download Unity Web Player 5.3.8
Unzip it and run UnityWebPlayerFull.exe if your browser is 32-bit, or UnityWebPlayerFull64.exe if it's 64-bit. Then open the Unity game in a browser that still takes plug-ins.
Heads up: Chrome dropped NPAPI plug-ins in 2015 and Firefox 52 has just done the same, so the web player needs Internet Explorer or an older Firefox ESR.
Update: 5.3.8 turned out to be the last Web Player release. Unity ended support for it, and no current browser loads the plug-in, so it's only useful in an old browser or a virtual machine with one.
