VitaShell is the standard file manager for a hacked PlayStation Vita. It browses the memory card and the Vita's own partitions, copies and moves files, installs homebrew and games in .vpk form, and has a built-in FTP server and USB mode for transferring files from a PC. It is by TheFloW.
