Its likely just a bug, although i'm guessing as Fable 3 is not out yet your console + flashed and possibly banned which could mean its some additional protection... I wouldn't panic just yet, can you play the game when its not installed?

Not panicking at all :)
Can't play the game when it's not installed either. All other games are working fine. I guess I'll just wait for my limited edition to arrive...
 
try taking the flash drive out of your 360 this got all my games working agen :) ,,n all vids wrk fine in wmc

Plz, help, i have an old dash from kinect, and flashed with LT 1.0 or 1.1, i dont know the ixtreme, if i put this update all games stop work ? need remove the drive from console to put the update ? and .avi movies ( divx also ), works ? i have the optional update instaled, i have go out from live on last moth.

After update with this dash is impossible to read backups ? i have ixtreme lt 1.0 or 1.1 ( i dont know ), plz help, im on dash 581 of kinect

I dont understand

I dont play online man, this update are blocking modded drive ?
have any issues for modded xbox ?

And i have optional media update, i think i dont have problem playing divx.

I updated to 2.0.12581.0 and can play any of my backups that I have tried on my benq 1.61, but one. I tried Fable 2 and it wont load my save. It just sits at the loading screen and will never complete the load. Seems strange that the Fable games are affected and not any others. I am going to wait until abgx verifies fable 3 to burn.
 
they added protection to this beta dashboard so thet even if you have a undetected drive it will block non retail discs so unless theres a way hackers can mod the update to remove it the pirated days are over for this new dashboard

but like they say when theres a will theres a way:)

There is definitely more then one will so there should be more then one way ;)

I think the Dashboard will be released tomorrow as it would be sort of stupid to release it at Kinect launch but it is Microsoft we are talking about. They haven't been the brightest ones out there.
