These new dashboards contain a new protection, AP2.5. That's why Fable 3 isn't booting.

If you boot the game and it says "This disc is unreadable", then your console is immediately flagged for a ban (whether online or offline) for failing the AP25 challenge, and from then on, your gamertag will show as corrupt if you try and use it on any other console apart from the flashed one.

You can check to see if you've been flagged by downloading XVal 2.0. My console was flagged after attempting to boot Fable 3 (which didn't work).

c4e has confirmed the new protection: -
