If you have LT+ 3.0 then yes any update at the moment is safe.

But is this update JTAG Safe, with Fuse Resistor removed?

To Quote my self, I am only asking to verify my thoughts. That we cannot use this until there is a fbBuild for this firmware. Please correct me if I am wrong.

after i installed this update i cant play any burn games anymore it says not supported :( is there anyway that i can revert it back to my previous dash ?

EDIT: its working again but now my problem is my kinect is searching for an update do you have a specific file just to update my kinect just for this dash update?
 
If I Download and Install it with Pen Drive on my Xbox360, (LT+ 2.0, current dash: 2.0.13604) I will have problems with games? for example: CoD MW3 stops work, or something like that? or all games will still working normal? Because i'm playing CoD MW3 normal, but 007 Goldeneye, is not working even with Title Update. (i put the LT+2.0 three days ago, and never logged in Xbox Live)
 
XGD3 Backed up games will not work, you will have to re burn them all. That includes MW3.
 
Hi guys, need help with something (no shit sherlock). My xbox is flashed already to lt 2.0 (hitachi drive) and my dashboard is at 2.0.14699.0 ... I can play GXD3 games backup no problem...

I recently made a hard drive switch and lost my avatar themes. When I try to change my avatar for my profile it requests thatr I download the update. Is it safe to download the dashboard with avatar updates or should I get only an avatar update (if it exists). I don't have xbox live connected but I would do this using a USB key.

My jtag will not update with this *-) . i have the 14699 hacked dash and it runs fine. Also FSD is set to launch
My system update folder is correctly named and in the root of my USB drive but it will not update. even if i return to the orig ms dash it wont update
any ideas?
I have not tried using a CD to update so maybe that will do it

Is the USB drive fat 32 formatted Slim? if not it should be.

Also as you have Dashlaunch installed make sure you add "noupdater = false" to your launch.ini" otherwise all system updates will be blacked until you do.
 
hello i havent used my xbox 360 for a few years and noticed my dash board is old (2.0.8955.0) not sure what firmware my xbox is using. is it safe to update?
 
Yes the USB is formatted Correctly. i am not sure what my dashlaunch.ini says so i need to look at it and maybe change the no updater
