xbox live profiles won't sign in on jtag

Hello everyone. So I wanted to use my xbox live profile on my jtag xbox to get achievements offline. However whenever I try to sign in with an xbox live profile it just kicks me back to the xbox guide menu. Any suggestions?

Have you unplugged the network cable? might be because the console is trying to sign in to Xbox Live and realises its banned? but of an unusual one that is.

the xbox isn't connect to the internet it is a phat. hnsanenutter by any chance can i discuss this with you on skype?

I dont have Skype, what dashboard / system update is your jtag on? does the profile sign in ok on a friends console?

dashboard 2.0.16747.0. Profiles will only sign in if it's not labeled under xbox live.

This might seem pretty obvious, but might have been overlooked, but do you have connection to connection to Live blocked through Dashlaunch?

I have tried it both enabled and disabled and no luck. also my jtag doesn't have a network adapter

live connection is disabled. I have tried other profiles and those profiles will only work if they're not labeled with xbl

neither. I cannot sign in on ms dashboard or fsd.

Disable all plugins and have the Xbox boot to the MS Dash by default to rule out anything conflicting.

Also try a different live profile.

I'm wondering if something on FSD is blocking you from accidentally signing a live profile in for your own safety. You should never load any homebrew with a live profile signed in, that includes FSD, if that’s why then it’s a pretty good safety feature.

it was something on my dashlauncher under networking that was preventing me from signing in but I dont know exactly. I enabled everything except the last thing. Also I read your jtag safety thread with xbl profiles. Thank you.
