Xbox Offline Xbox Live Downloadable Content [DLC] Installers

I apologize for the extreme delay, non-responsiveness and altogether absence from here but I do come tiding some good news.
I finally found and fixed the problem with the installer for Midtown Madness 3. So now there are 3 ways of getting that DLC working without resorting to editing and patching in game files. In addition to a working installer, I was able to include both a PAL and NTSC title update for the game. Use the one that matches your region. Both TU's and the DLC have been tested by a handful of original Xbox gamers.
The first post has been updated with the installer.

In other news, more Phantasy Star Online DLC has been located, but I haven't had a chance to look at it or getting a new installer working for that game.

Quadrouple post! Yes I know it's terrible but I do come with more good news.
Fight Club was suffering from the same problem as Midtown Madness 3. So I have updated the Fight Club installer to be functional as well. I left in the soundtrack installer for anyone who would like to use those tracks for other games.
Moved from "Incomplete and Non Functional" to the main installer list.

NFL Fever 2003 updated with NTSC title update courtesy of Arawen July 15, 2022. Thank you for your contribution.
Ghost Recon 2: Summit Strike installer updated, replaced patched title update files with clean ones, added art, music etc as per the new style. All sources still anonymous. The old one should work fine, but if it doesn't, try this one. Also July 15, 2022

Massive edit to the first post. Added a lot of missing information about each DLC that was only listed in installers previously. Tried to correct the bad sorting and spelling mistakes.

I wanted to thank you again for all the work you've put in this DLC collection. As for MM3, it now works like a charm on my OG Xbox, first try and no problemo.

Though I've tried again with the Battlefront 2 installer too, just to try out and...still nothing showing up :/ So I don't know what's going on with those specific DLC, but MM3 PAL version DLCs work great !

Most likely the version/region of the DLC included in the Battlefront 2 installer isn't compatible with whatever version of the game you have.

The title update does say it's all regions/region free but you probably have a version that doesn't match up. Also make sure you install the update. I don't think the DLC for that game appears without having the title update installed.
Best advice would be to send me a copy of your main default.xbe from your game or find a different copy of the game. If you are using a scene release, make sure it's running a patched/modified default.xbe. Mechassault 2 scene releases have that problem.

I have installed the update before installing the DLCs, and I deleted the folder before installing anything. Then I played the game once so the folder appeared again.

I copied the game on the console, and I have the default.xbe file, where may I drop it for you ?

Yes, a thousand times yes. For the last 34 pages of this thread the response to PAL users has always been to try an NTSC copy of the game. Very few people with PAL region games and consoles have contributed DLC and title updates to the project, so we don't have a lot of PAL content to share.

I see. MM3 worked very well though. Tough luck for BF 1&2. And thus the game's original default.xbe would be of no help ?

Getting the default.xbe from you would only let me see the version number and region code of your copy of the game.
You can try merging the title update files into your game but I suspect that will just break things with the amount of level files in the title update.

Your best bet is still finding an NTSC copy of the game. Beyond that you could ask everyone you know in a PAL region that has been on Xbox Live to backup their E:\TDATA\ folders and send them in to share with the community. If you find the correct title update for your version of the game I would be happy to update the installer to add it.

Added ESPN NFL 2K5 installer. Title Update is from an NTSC copy of the game, sorry PAL users, I don't have any other sources for that one.
I don't normally do sports games first but this one was requested. I'll be back soon with more installers.

I have also been including version numbers in the readme and inx files as per a request from AmyGrrl. So in the future you should be able to figure out if you have the newest version of an installer very easily.

Updated the Rainbow Six 3 Black Arrow installer to fix a bug. Bug report ended up being false though so nothing is actually new. Just a new cleaned up installer. If you already have the old version, don't bother grabbing it.

I finished this last week but was waiting to hear back from testers for functionality and finish:
Halo 2 DLC package (v3) updated with all known auto-updates which are all regions. Auto-Update 4 from a PAL region as well as an NTSC-J region console also added in.
The original release of Blastacular Map pack is included for anyone who wants to play with the original glitchy release of Tombstone.
Added a Soundtrack Install option for the Halo 2 theme song.
Edited the menus to guide the user toward installing the newest maps and title update, while leaving the older updates and old map pack available for advanced users.
All updates are listed as All Regions, but Auto-Update 4 for EU/AU PAL and Japan NTSC-J updates should only work for copies of the game released in those regions.

I opted to not include all the region Auto-Update 3 installs from the Multiplayer Map pack because as that would not really add any value to this installer and the original retail disc is still a valid source for those.

Most important; I made sure to list all the sources that contributed to this pack, there are a LOT of them.
As usual please remember to thank all the contributors, none of this would be possible without them.

Updated Burnout 3 Takedown update package. PAL TU now included.
Added a section at the end of the first post for Title update region information and credits.

Fixed several errors in the Driv3r update installer. I thought I had a different update for it but I did not. No changes to the actual update.
Updated Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic installer with NTSC and NTSC-J title updates. I have no idea what the title update does, DLC is still the same.

Updated L.A Rush installer to correct errors in the installer on the 27th. Functionally no different than previous installer.
Updated MX Superfly installer today with Xbox Live based DLC, these DLCs display the correct names in the MS Dash. Thank you to another generous anonymous source.

Rainbow Six 3 Black Arrow JTAG update made and uploaded. If people still need more of these just let me know for what game and I'll get to it.

Installer for Re-Volt DLC from unreleased source code has been built and released. These are 3rd party DLC packages, not officially released MS packages but until those appear this will have to do. I included 3 packages with more complete and better looking replacement skins. The original textures were definitely not final. These will not work in multiplayer until JarHead is able to get them to work in multiplayer without the game breaking, so single player only for now.

Well done on your build JarHead, and special thanks for getting this DLC out to the world.

ESPN NHL Hockey (2K4) DLC installer added.
Ninja Gaiden Xbox Live Only DLC installer updated with tournament notices. Since the tournament notices are not visible outside of Xbox live I included the text from each notice in the installer.
Run Like Hell DLC updated to new installer style, separated the live and disc based DLC.
Star Wars The Clone Wars DLC updated to new installer style, separated the live and disc based DLC, added NTSC title update. The Tetris Worlds/Star Wars The Clone Wars combo disc was released after this title update so the TU should only apply to the standalone version of the game.
Spikeout: Battle Street update installer updated with NTSC-J title update.

With some amazing help from a very helpful individual who was generous with their time, I have a Phantasy Star Online quest and Title Update installer ready to go. The other party who contributed so much to this project will be publishing their work shortly too so you can always sign the quests or other xbox built quests for yourself on your computer. I'll refrain from posting this individual's name until they post their work.

Caveats:
1) For official DLC we only have Central Dome Fire Swirl. There were 3 other quests released on GameCube Phantasy Star Online Plus for GameCube disc that have been ported to Xbox I have included. The East Tower, The West Tower and Seat of the Heart will be included with the installer. 2) I only have English files for these quests current, and 1 German copy of Central Dome Fire Swirl.
3) I don't have the NTSC-J (from Japan) title update, just the PAL and NTSC updates.

Should I release the English only installer and build up a multi-lingual one later as I source more content later? Or do I wait until I can get all of the quests sourced in all 5 languages?

It would be good to have an English installer as you have the content, other languages could then be added as obtained. However do which is easiest for you, I'm sure the community is more than grateful for the content either way.

Phantasy Star Online Episode 1&2 DLC uploaded. NTSC and PAL title updates included. I'm hoping someone finds us the NTSC-J region update at some point.
Only the English version of the DLC is included.
Central Dome Fire Swirl is the only official DLC we've found so far. The other 3 quests were released on Gamecube but never released on Xbox so while I normally don't do user generated DLC, I made an exception here as it was part of some official release of the game.
This game also supports Japanese, German, French and Spanish and those quests do exist on Gamecube. So as soon as someone shares those DLC quests packaged for Xbox I can modify the installer to install packs for all 5 of those languages.

Finally I did spend a lot of time testing and working on this installer but the lions share of the work including the entire quest signing tool was contributed by feudalnate. feudalnate has also given the community such gems as the XBX content tool which lets users sign DLCs and title updates for their Xbox and Xbox 360 consoles on a computer, NinjaCrypt which allows you to edit and move your Ninja Gaiden saves from consoles to another, the Original Xbox Live Account tool which is still required to play PSO in an offline state without buggy patches, as well as other Xbox modding tools.

Installers for the final two games to ever ship on the Original Xbox; Madden NFL 08 and Madden NFL 09 are built and now available for download.
This marks the 100th and 101st title that DLC and title update installers have been made for.

All-Star Baseball 2004 DLC rosters installer uploaded. This game asks to auto-load the newest update and ignores the rest. The updates do not show up in any menu.
All-Star Baseball 2005 DLC rosters and Title Update installer uploaded. This game does not ask to auto-load an update, and the rosters are not shown in any menu either. Someone more familiar with the game may be able to verify the game is reading the rosters but for now I'm assuming it's just loading the roster on startup.
