xbox one x E106 E101 error

Hi guys this is an amazing forum most use full so far
i purchased a console with the insider program on.
worked fine for a while but the hdd is dead
as you can imagine i installed a new hdd and ran the original osu1
to no avail .
now im getting E106 or E101 on the new hdd
the last update was the july 2021 2355.
is there a new update for August ???
please help

The latest offline update can always be downloaded here: https://www.xbox.com/xboxone/osu1

I dont think it had been updated for the August update last time i checked however.
