Do you intend to play online? if not it really doesn't matter.

It is recommended you flash your drive back to the stock firmware when updating the dashboard. As you can not go on live with this dash anyway you would be better waiting for the final to be released before flashing.
 
has microsoft even said anything about the update? they should give us an release date so we don't have to guess. should have never downloaded this update.

Its only a problem if your console is flashed, but yeah bad times for people with flashed consoles.

I heard different opinions, then Ill ask again. If I get flag (Failed AP25 Challenge) by updating dashboard to beta with iXtreme FW, can I "remove" this flag by flashing my drive back to orig. FW, then updating to newest beta, or final when it will be released?
