If you've got a Jtag or RGH Xbox 360 and want one program to do the lot, J-Runner with Extras is it. It reads and writes NAND, gets the CPU key, builds a hacked NAND image with xeBuild and flashes it back, and bundles the helpers around that, so a console can be updated or rebuilt from one window.
Download:
Download J-Runner with Extras 3.4.0 r7
It's a big package, over 1,100 files, with xeBuild, the Changelog and Requirements.txt. The one thing you must bring yourself is xeBuild/data/key.bin.
A bad write can brick the console. Before writing anything, read the NAND at least twice, check that the dumps match, and keep a copy together with your CPU key.
xeBuild has its own front end too: xeBuild GUI 2.098. Project page: https://github.com/J-Runner-With-Extras/J-Runner-with-Extras

- Unzip it to a folder of its own and read Requirements.txt for the .NET and driver requirements.
- Put your own key.bin (the 1BL key, 16 bytes) in xeBuild/data.
- Run JRunner.exe, connect your NAND-X, Xbox 360 Flasher or Raspberry Pi Pico and follow the steps for your console.
