Adobe is retiring Flash Player at the end of this month, so if you've got old games, animations or tools that depend on it, now's the time to grab the full offline installers. Version 32.0.0.465 is the latest of the 32 line, and this download has an installer for each kind of browser plus the standalone player, which plays .swf files without a browser at all.
Download:
Download Adobe Flash Player 32.0.0.465
Which one to run:
For a plug-in, close all your browsers first and run the installer that matches the browser you use.
Tip: if you only want to play a few .swf files, stick with the standalone player and leave the plug-ins uninstalled.
There's an Android build too: Adobe Flash Player 11.1 for Android (APK).
Update: Adobe ended support for Flash Player on 31 December 2020 and took its downloads off the web, and browsers have since removed the plug-in, so the installers are only for old browser builds and old machines. Adobe recommends removing Flash Player from systems that don't need it.

- flashplayer_32_sa.exe: the standalone player. Double-click it, then File > Open to load a .swf. No install needed.
- install_flash_player.exe: the plug-in for Firefox and other NPAPI browsers.
- install_flash_player_ax.exe: the ActiveX control for Internet Explorer.
- install_flash_player_ppapi.exe: the plug-in for Chromium-based browsers such as Chrome and Opera.
- uninstall_flash_player.exe: Adobe's own uninstaller, to remove it again.
