can u burn title updates on a cd and load them on xbox 360

hi am new to this bought an xbox 360 that was software modded according to the sales person. he warned me never to go into xbox live. is there a way to download title updates and dlc and copy them onto the xbox 360 console offline... thanx for the assistance

yes just get the title update and put it under your cache partition on your flash drive that is a usb memcard in usb xtaf explorer and bam.

ps is it a jtag
