Clicking HDD

I've had my laptop for just over a year now, from time to time the HDD will click for a couple seconds, but is ok afterwards, I know that usually is a bad sign, I've been running defraggler to help keep my HDD tidy, is there any other software that i should run?

Usually when the hard drive is clicking like that it means the drive is failing, i would back your data up and replace it before it does.

I had a funny feeling it was failing, i've backed up the data.
