Digiex's UT 2004 Server

We have a test UT server running on a different box now: 94.23.37.166:7777

Can you play in this server and see if everything is ok, we have *hopefully* cured the lag spike problems we had when using this server in the past.

-can we get a kick menu for nerving players?
-why do we have up to 5 bots per team? there is no room for bots in a multiplayer game! some games there are 7 human players and still 3 bots on.. this sucks. bots should make teams even, so there should be one bot at maximum.
-headshot mutator is still missing
-can we get klinika map?

I see now you no longer use the Ut 2k4 Linux version, but windows.
Which Windows version do you use (XP, Vista, Seven) ?

Its running on Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition.

Its a different server used by myself and friends for various things not related to Digiex, its not ideal as the server can be under heavy load at times, but when we tested it the UT server was perfectly playable for myself and Nimrod.

The server seems to be good now : good ping, no lag (except for 'Laggy' Human ) or very rare.
The Ip address is in France. True ?

I'm glad the UT server finally appears to be working well, ideally it would be on a server by its self, however hopefully most people can enjoy it more now.

Yes thats correct, its located in Roubaix, France. Its now in the same data center as the main Digiex server.

two little problems on server :

-two versions of Spookyville (the new one VCTF-Spookyville-LD, and the old one)
-kickvote is still disabled

Edit : and a big problem with VCTF-TDI-House-DePooed. The map is not finished : there are not 'path' for bots (A.I.) => all bots camp in their own base (and of course, they don't attack or capture the flag).

Gorge, I was going to ask if you could tweak House so the bots played better & also if you could make the tank respawn time in Shoebox 2 or 3x longer as its very short at the moment

Shoebox:
time for tanks respawning : now 1mn30s (3 times more)

House:
I have fixed the bots problem. They attack now and try to capture the flag (and they use manta too).
I added jumppads : players and bots can use them (upper passages).

New versions on FTP server : VCTF-Shoebox-LD.ut2 and VCTF-House-LD.ut2

Do you guys still play in the server?

I played it in yesterday evening with a friend for the first time in over a year, the server appeared to work perfectly for us anyway. Not many people appeared to be on it anyway.

Just wondering if you still have problems, or if there is anything we need to do to improve the server?
