[Help] Can Xbox 360's Modio "Create A Theme" without greyness part?

I'd like to know if the application Modio can also get rid off of the grey part that appears on Xbox 360, and if so, which is the option to choose?

I know you cant get rid of it but i believe you can change the colour of it, or could on the old NXE Dash.

I could be wrong as i made one theme around 3 years ago, however i look to have made it a light blue here, unless its a bad photo.

I used Horizon to browse and stuff, and afterwards I did a little test with a theme added black as its grey part and great, it looked much better than before. Probably the best to avoid the bottom part.
