Horizon is an Xbox 360 Save Game modding tool. This is a download for an old version of Horizon, version 2-2-2-0 which still works on Windows XP and Windows 7, however does not support later versions of Windows, including Windows 8 and Windows 10.

If you happen to be using a newer version of Windows than Windows XP, then I would recommend you download Horizon Xbox 360 USB Modding Tool Download Version 2.7.6.7 as this version of Horizon is a lot more up to date and works a lot better on newer versions of Windows, including Windows 10.

Yea windows XP was the first windows it was made for when it first came out. Then it had problems with windows 7 so they updated to work with windows 7. Now we are just waiting for a update for it to work with windows 8 preview cos windows 8 preview hasn't been out very long.
 
Does it work for windows 7, is their a ban or reset chance?

If it works or not on Windows 7, this I cannot reply because I'm still using Windows XP to this day.

However, by ban do you mean an Xbox 360 Banhammer Ban? No need to worry, this won't get you banned, unless you change your Avatar/Achievements through it and they'll notice you've tampered the system.
 
Ok, so would achievements from dlc get noticed like that? For example I have Skyrim and want the three dlcs. If they have achievements and unlockables, would that count for me to get this Banhammer Ban you speak of?
 
You only get banned for cheating your gamerscore e.g. using save games from others to unlock achievements.
 
Every time I download any version I always get the "error report message". Is there a way to get around this? I am running XP Professional
 
You probably need to be running a modern version of Windows, XP is over 12 years old and not supported any more by a lot of apps.
