how to update kernel 1888 to 9199

i have a xbox 360 kernel 1888 i want to update my kernel to 9199 how can i update it and where can i download the software pls help me

If you are on 1888 you can Jtag your console, just so you know.

And why do you want to go to 9199 and not the latest?

may i ask you do you know how to flash my dvd drive phat 93450c liteon to lt+2.0 i try to flash it but when i try to get phatkey it just say phatkey extraction failed??

There is no need to post in two threads about this and PM me about it... give people time to reply.

I find it hard to believe you are on dash 1888, that would basically mean you have a launch console that has never played a game.

Also you would not find a lite-on drive in a console on the 1888 dash.

As for flashing you need a probe to do any lite-on drive now i do believe.

You can not downgrade so that's why the update did nothing.
