Jtagged Xbox 360’s get Xlink Kai integration with Freestyle Dash 2.0 RC 1

An updated version of the popular dashboard replacement for Jtagged Xbox 360’s has been released, Freestyle Dash 2.0 RC1 now features Xlink Kai integration, allowing you to setup games and chat online to your Xlink Kai buddies directly from the Xbox 360.

The integration works quite well with a PC on your network running the latest Kai Engine v 7.4.21.




I was able to sign on to Kai with no trouble



I was then informed KingBurns was online



I could then browse the arena's just like on the PC, chat to people and host a game.



The contacts / messages feature has not been implemented yet, however you can view your contacts in arena mode.



A new web interface has also been implemented

Sadly the beta does crash a lot for me when using the Kai Integration, however im sure this will be fixed soon, Freestyle Dash is still a massive achievement and is easily the most advanced homebrew application to date on the Xbox 360.

Guess i better get fixing one of my 3 busted Jtag's then !!
I have the previous FSD without the Xlink ..
I hate fixing RROD .. must find a new jasper to Jtag

It worked just once for me.. i played yesterday but now it hangs everytime y try to get in Kai....

Thats cool maybe i'll buy a j-tag console within the next year
