Expression Web 4 is Microsoft's visual editor for HTML, CSS and ASP.NET, the successor to FrontPage, and it comes with SuperPreview for comparing a page in several browsers. Microsoft is ending the Expression line this month and has made Expression Web 4 free of charge, which makes this a good time to keep a copy. This is the build with SP2.

Update: Visual Studio replaced it, Microsoft no longer supports Expression Web, and it's an old program that can be fussy on newer versions of Windows.
