Need help unpacking Xbox 360 rom

Does anyone know of any tools that can unpack Xbox 360 roms? I'm trying to extract level geometry from a game called Ace Combat 6 and don't know of any unpacking tools. Any help would be appreciated. I've got a .ISO file if that helps out. Thanks.
 
Fantastic! but how do I get the data out of the files now? I'm assuming all the game level data is in these .pak files.

this read me is for windows 7 and I can't get windows 10 command line to recognize this exe as an internal program
