NXE Preview Dashboard [Exclusive Early Download]

Can someone help me burn this file correctly? I'm using a mac.

I've tried putting the file in a "Burn folder", and then burning it. I've tried putting the file in a regular ol folder, and burning that. Then I tried putting the file in a "smart folder", and burning that.

All 3 times the 360 recognized the disc as a "Mix media disc", and would not read it any further. It just identified that name in the disc tray.


Any suggestions? Thanks.
 
Why Can't we get online on the new Dash?

I got it, btw.


EDIT:

You cannot use a disk, You need a Flash Card.

You cant go online because your console ID isn't the one on MS list

Why waste 18 days worth of Live, and the guy above, you cant review it if you havent got all the features. and do you really need 3 posts consecutively?

I'll reword it word it to a quick tour then, and I just want a break from my live, because I'm on it to much and thought this would be a perfect opportunity

Is it pluged in properly in both the TV and the Xbox? Iv not come across this before, someone losing there audio when inserting the HDMI cable.

I don't see any other problems except for the new update having problems..

The CD method should work fine, obviously I can’t really update again and try it, our other console is staying with the old dash so we can play Gears 2 on Live the day our pre order gets here.

I’m sure most of the people trying the CD/DVD and not having any luck must have some device such as a PSP, Mobile Phone or MP3 player that can act as a USB storage device?

Yeah it would have to be because with a digital signal it either works or doesn't work, unlike with analog signal. The weird thing is that it works fine without the harddrive on it (but I do need the harddrive). So I did some searching around the net and they say if you power up the 360 while holding RT and Y down at the same time it will reset things. Well it does work when I do that. The thing is that I have to do it EVERY TIME I power up the 360 to get audio. If I power up without doing it then I have no audio and it isn't even set to an HD signal. So I don't know what the hell is going on. :'(
 
Worked perfect for me off my USB drive. I love the new look...it just seems easier and more pleasant to navigate. Time to get a bigger hard drive I think.

I called M$ Earlier.
Well, I tried to see if they could activate my XBL. Well, since I couldn't connect. They made me delete everything off my HDD. Overall, I'm pretty pissed off right now.
