Please Explain the whole DLC and using RGH

OK, say for instance i download some DLC for a game to play when in RHG mode which would be safe as your not online, what happens when your not in RHG mode and online? Will MS not be able to see this bit of DLC and look on their records and see that there is no history on the DLC being purchased, and start alarm bells ringing??

And would the same be considered for XBLA games?

You should be alright, you could of very easily booted up these materials on a friends consoles that bought the DLC or Arcade games. Just make sure you aren't using anything that would modify your profile when in RHG mode. I also moved the Thread to Console Help Center. I take it these DLC and XBLA games wouldnt show up or be playable when not in RGH mode and in retail (no mod chip) mode??
