Tho I'll like to point this Celebi legitimacy is largely questioned, because it was supposed to be cancelled as a different Celebi was being distributed,
but people were able to get this legitimately (like maybe they asked the store itself to changed the DS date)

I dont know where to ask this, but is there a ''complete'' list of distribution cartridges available? I mean not how many we can download right now. Just a list with distribution cartridges in circulation, so one day we might get the rom.

We have all US and European NDS distribution roms now, except a verified European Arceus, but only two GBA roms. We know of the existence of other GBA distro carts, but we haven't yet been able to get the roms. (I'm still working on it)
Japanese cartridges basically never leak, so I wouldn't expect to see them, even though a few may possibly show up eventually.

I just now updated the link in my signature. I was busy yesterday and couldn't get online.
I added the European Shaymin, and the German(Y9OP) Shiny Sinnoh Trio. Thanks to YoshiMoshi, once again. I was pretty shocked when he told me he found a Y9OP he could buy so quickly after we found out it existed.

All we need now for the NDS roms is the European Arceus. And with any luck, my efforts for other GBA roms will eventually get us several more.

The DNS setup always tells me that the settings I put in is invalid, even though I put in the right information. I am doing the fake GTS program to get the event pokémon.

Ah yeah, I don't know if I can help with that, but maybe somebody else can. I'd recommend describing every step you're doing as well as you can, maybe with pictures if you can. That way it's easier for someone to tell what's going wrong and troubleshoot.

Ah, unfortunately GTS emulation to send PKM files to the game via the GTS no longer works. The game still has to authenticate with Nintendo who have disabled all internet functionality for the Nintendo DS.

I've edited my very old post in this thread to reflect that.

I can confirm it works on the R4 from R4iDS.cn, however they are so many R4 clones unless you have exactly the same one it's no good anyone else testing it for you.

Put it this way it also worked on my M3 DS Real from 2007, so if it works on that it will probably work on most flash cards.

You should really be reading the first post of a thread before replying, lol

How to use:

You will need one DS with a flashcard to distribute this event, simply set the date on the DS been used to distribute the event to the date mentioned above. You will then need another DS or 3DS playing the Pokemon game you wish to receive the event Pokemon on.

On the DS receiving the Pokemon you can receive the event by selecting Mystery Gift, then Receive Gift on the main menu.

And yes, every DS (Slot-1) flashcart works on DS Lite at the minimum.

It's possible the rom might not be compatible with some older cards running older kernels. M3 DS Real is old and the official kernel hasn't been updated to support newer roms but it can run YS Menu which should be able to run those newer games.

If you're about to buy that card I'd recommend looking at R4i Gold 3DS RTS instead. This will run Wood R4 which is far superior to YSMenu.
(If that M3 DS Real is all you can realistically obtain atm though, then I guess you don't have another choice don't you )
