Those are the European roms, right? Does that mean we'll finally be able to get the gen 5 debug/prototype Pokemon?
No, these are the US roms. So we currently have 14/16 100% verified rom dumps of the widespread local US NDS distribution carts.
However, I had mentioned I had something else in the works, but didn't want to mention it in case I couldn't follow up on the promise. However, all signs are looking good, but I can guarantee it quite yet... but I'm talking with someone that has 8/10 of the European NDS distro carts, and he seems willing to dump them for us. I'm currently talking to him about Decrypt9, and seeing whether or not he has CFW or homebrew.
I find it interesting that they all seem to be marked as v1.1, unless Decrypt9 is just weird and marks v1.0 as 01?
Eh, I guess the 01 here doesn't actually represent the version number, since every DS rom I'm looking at has 01 right after the gamecode at 0x10-0x11. Not sure why D9 would do it that way then when rom version is right there at 0x1E.
Yeah, that's just a thing Decrypt9 does, it doesn't represent version number. That confused me before as well. I know GBA dumps mark with 00 or 01 to represent version number, so it makes you assume it always means that.
