How to use:

You will need one DS with a flashcard to distribute this event, simply set the date on the DS been used to distribute the event to the date mentioned above. You will then need another DS or 3DS playing the Pokemon game you wish to receive the event Pokemon on.

On the DS receiving the Pokemon you can receive the event by selecting Mystery Gift, then Receive Gift on the main menu.

I'm sorry but can you explain it a bit more in detail? I tend to get confused easily. I am looking for all the English distribution Roms for D/P/Pt/HG/SS/B/W/B2/W2 to get the Pokemon, especially the Key Items. Where do I find the distribution roms? I have a R4 3DS Gold +. I will message about the specific events soon.

These are the same distributions used at Pokemon Events so will only distribute to supported games. With that in mind you will be fine.
