This is the Winter 2011 Darkrai NDS Distribution Rom which will distribute the Winter 2011 Darkrai. This Darkrai was distributed in many places around the world. At all locations it could obtained in English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish language games.

The Winter 2011 Darkrai is a totally different Pokemon compared to the American Darkrai, In addition it's for a different generation altogether. So this is a European exclusive distribution for GEN 5, however it can be obtained in any regions games of a matching language.

How to use:

You will need one DS with a flashcard to distribute this event, simply set the date on the DS been used to distribute the event to the date mentioned above. You will then need another DS or 3DS playing the Pokemon game you wish to receive the event Pokemon on.

On the DS receiving the Pokemon you can receive the event by selecting Mystery Gift, then Receive Gift on the main menu.

Now that I think about it "this is a European exclusive distribution for Gen 5" can be misinterpreted. Perhaps it'd be better if it were something like "this is a European exclusive distribution for Gen 5, however it can be obtained in any regions' games of a matching language".

When we get to creating that distribtuion rom index, we should probably have a note about region not restricting the distribution, as long as the languages match.
