Request : Proper tut on how to mod 360 gamesaves

Proper tut on how to mod 360 gamesaves for desired stats in say fable 2, i have the tool Cullis Gate but that all i have.

And i have gotten my profile from my 360, does anyone know what to do?

Im sure you could use that and mod Fable 2 if you spend a bit of time on it.
