If you've ever wondered what a PS3 can do on a PC, RPCS3 is where to find out. It's the free, open-source PlayStation 3 emulator, and it runs thousands of PS3 games at 1080p and above on a powerful machine, with trophies, controller support and per-game settings. This is the Windows 64-bit build.

Download RPCS3 0.0.43 build 20261
Tip: RPCS3 plays your own dumps, and PS3 Disc Dumper will make them from your discs. It wants a modern multi-core CPU and a Vulkan graphics card, so check yours before you blame the emulator.

- Extract the zip to a folder of its own and run rpcs3.exe.
- On first start it asks for the PS3 firmware. Get Sony's own update from PS3 System Software 4.93 and install it with File > Install Firmware.
- Use File > Add Games to point it at your game folders, then double-click a game to start it.
