I'm not 100% sure, as you said you had the same IP address on the Xbox 360 as my screenshot I suspect that might be hard coded to always be that IP on Xell (I dont have an Xbox 360 to hand to confirm that) that's why i'm curious to know if your network connection on the 360 is actually working or not.

Either way if it is go to http://ip-address-on-the-screen.

If you can attach a photo of what you actually see on screen that might help.
