Xbox 360 250gb, saying only 2.5gb available

I have an Xbox 360 250gb, well I was trying to install gtv 5 and it's saying only 2.5gb of space, I don't have anything installed on my Xbox at all can anyone help understand where my 250gb went??? Please help I'm so upset
